start from step 4 because you already have the 2.31 SPL
Now I know some of you have had errors when you tried downloading the ROMS here... It seems there may be something wrong with the ftp so use a program such as FileZilla (its free) and navigate to it manually. (I dont think you need to download anything other than from the thread above)
After you get it going... Do the Power + Camera +Soft and load OMJ software or other.
That is what has worked for me when I was stuck in the same situation.

Mine was stuck at the HTC startup screen and after following the steps mentioned above I was able to boot back into Alltel's WM6.1.
I will now try the steps from the first post to try and revert back to stock VZW rom and report back the results.
*update*
I tried the steps in post 1 again EXACTLY (formatted to fat32, 512mb card, etc.) DID NOT WORK.
after i tried it i was stuck once again on the HTC startup screen.
I am now re-doing the steps above and going to stick with the alltel rom for now. On that note...does anyone know how to get phone calls working after flashing to an Alltel rom (the VERY FIRST time I flashed it from verizon to alltel I did not know and did not soft-reset before customization and let it customize to alltel's settings)? I can see full signal but when I try to make a phone call it does not work. The radio is 3.37.10...does anyone know what I did wrong or what I need to do to fix it?
