That's correct buddy (I'm in a bit good mood for now so you are in luck). I did this yesterday (I was complete novice at this). Here is what you need to do in a nutshell:

Remember ^^^ follow the directions. This is just an outline:

First, you need to have OEM 6.0 Sprint ROM installed.

Second, Download & run ImCoKeMaN's new Vogue unlocker: http://rapidshare.com/files/11019074...r_MFG_2.31.exe

Third, Download and run RUU_Vogue_4350_ALLTEL_WWE_3.04.671.2_Radio_4350H_3 .37.10_Alltel_NV2.00_PRL30008_0331_Ship_withSpecia lNBH.exe

Fourth, Download and use the 0.40 unlocker(ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/Im...e_unlocker.exe) to downgrade the SPL from 2.31.coke to 0.40.coke.

Fifth, Now you need to flash the 3.35.04 radio. Download the radio here and RUU from the following 2 links: ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Vogue/Users/Jakdillard/temp/3.35.04radio.rar

And yes, you can get Sprint Music by simply downloading a cab. Search for it.
