Oh yeah I found wisbar. A bit annoying to make work but once I found a usable template WOW Nice
(its annoying because it has so many features I just do not need but peoples skins took advantage of them so I had to find a "simple" skin to just let me skin the top and bottom
Much happier. Its odd NO search terms would let me find wisbar. Someone had to suggest it for me to even know it exists. He needs to work on some meta tags so people googling can find him
