I use WA2 and WAD. So just turned them off and then checked to make sure wp was not checked in today. Then I renamed the .dll. Then I installed the new .dll. I have done a soft reset and still see just numbers. I have also tried it with and without WA2 and WAD.
The only issues that I've heard of so far are installation issues. Here's a couple of questions:

1. Are you running WeatherPanel 2.5.1 "registered" or 2.5.1 "trial" (TRIAL0"?
2. When viewing the old and new dll's on your device, what are the sizes of each?
