press and hold the red and green buttons on the front of the phone and then stick your stylus into the small reset hole on the bottom of the phone.
Let the phone boot and as before, allow customizations to run.
If, for some reason, PPST.exe was corrupted, this will restore the file.

I've done all of that a couple of times. I guess either my 3.49 download was corrupted or, MORE LIKELY, I'm doing something wrong trying to get PPST to run. Is there something to do besides navigate to it via file explorer and then tapping on it or highlighting it and pressing the center of the multi-direction switch?
Just to be absolutely certain, should I have allowed the customizations to occur the first time through? If so, what does running PPST again do?
Also, like another member, my Sprint Navigation won't let me log-in. However, the whole reason I've spent 30 hours acquiring and installing Garmin plus the time on the leak is to eliminate my need for that Sprint service.
Thanks!!
