Then as far as getting gps (which is what I think you want to do) you have a few options, you can flash the alltell rom (sticked) that puts on the 3.37.10 radio, or you can flash the newest sprint rom (sticked) that will give you 3.37.15 radio. (This is the radio part). For both, you need to reset your touch before the customizations step because you are on bell and those customizations will put some funky stuff on your phone. Then you need to unlock again using the same 2.31 bootloader. Then you can flash any rom you want really (this is the software part). OMJ currently has a stock rom and a custom rom, both are pretty sweet. Since he has removed the customization part in these roms you dont need to worry about reseting before the customizations step. good luck, welcome to the world of customizing, I'll warn you it gets pretty addictive !
cheers

edit: as far as your questions go --> you dont have to set anything up after you flash if you follow those directions - everything will work with bell/aliant (just dont let those customizations run)......and GPS is free to everyone!
Thanks earthdan! Just to make sure I understood correctly though...

1. Unlock my Vogue using IamCokeMan's 2.31 bootloader
2. Flash to Sprint ROM for 3.37.15 radio
3. Do NOT run customization step (will this run automatically forcing me to quicky have to reset, or does it ask for confirmation first? That's got me a bit nervous Also, is this Soft or Hard reset?)
4. Unlock again using 2.31
5. Flash to OMJ's ROM

Is that right? And thanks for confirming about the GPS, that is indeed what I'm after for the most part

Edit: Thanks for the confirmation as well OMJ
