For WMWifiRouter at least, it is a known issue (found it the other day browsing the FAQs at WMWifiRouter.com). I'm not sure if it is interfering with ICS or WMWifiRouter itself, but it made a big difference by disabling it. Worth a shot....even if you are on a POS Touch
