I'm certainly no authority, but I don't see an executable along these lines ... I have the leaked ROM decomposed in a generic kitchen (Vogue_Kitchen_Tools.rar) from the PPCGeeks FTP site and when I search the entire decomposed ROM for a file name that includes "start" I only come up with two executables (startkey.exe and StartUpBioTouch.exe). The file that looks the closest is
htcStartMenuService.dll but it's obviously not an executable.
