on page 2 of that thread on ipmart there is a person who created a mortscript script that automatically sets the required owner name, and then launches the app. it changes it back once you've closed guitar hero. If you use that launcher the first time when it asks for the code (since the owner name will be correct) you shouldn't get that error message.
