Re: what is the most stable/best rom out??

i've been using mustan-tech's clean rom for the last week or so and it works marvellously. i had to install a couple of cabs to account for a missing HTC Album and a screwed up HTC keyboard, but other than that it's fantastic. I like a clean ROM because I prefer to install all the application software I need.

On my handset Mustan-tech's ROM gets me a GPS fix in under 10 seconds consistently with Google Maps. I can run Tomtom6 no problem with the GPS primed with Google Maps. Dunno about Rev. A but my downloads and uploads are lightning fast on the TELUS networks. I find WM6.1 fast and responsive, I kinda like the threading on SMS. Some people were having trouble with Touchpal with the new Sprint Kitchen but it works fine for me, although I can't say I'm that thrilled about Touchpal really, I might uninstall it soon.

Have to say I'm very happy with my handset, can't believe how crippled Telus' factory version is. I bought it out of contract for $250 CDN, and I had no idea how cool a phone I was getting.

Thanks to all the cooks out there, plus the community for helping me have a great experience with my phone.
