There are probably many ways to do this, but I use File Explorer and go to the location where the program .exe file is located. Copy that file using Menu-Edit-Copy. Then go to the \Windows\Start Menu\Programs and click on Menu-Edit-
Paste Shortcut. You should now be able to go to O2 Shortcuts and select your program.
Note if you want this program to show up in the "Start" drop-down menu, Paste the Shortcut to \Windows\Start Menu. Then go to Start-Settings-Menu and put a check mark by the program.
