Sprite fell off with version 5.x got much better with version 6.x. I have used it successfully dozens of times.
I use SPRITE also, but there is a flaw with the algorythm in SPRITE. If you have too much running on your cellphone already, the restore will not work. You need to delete everything off the CELLPHONE completely and deeply. Then you can do a restore and have everything come back on the phone. Found out the hardway about this, when my wifes mogul had problems.
