i think you should be good after that.
like i mentioned in my prev post " *You have to know which bootloader needed to flash to ROM that you want."
One last thing, MAKE SURE YOUR ROM file is not corrupted (Try extracting it using winRAR) --ppcgeeks been experiencing download problem from what i can tell.

The SPL is still 2.31 so I do not have to unlock...
You keep emphasizing that I need to know the bootloader... - Please elaborate
The process that I go through is (lets assume that is is unlocked ):
Force it into Boot (Power+Camera+Soft)
Run the Exe for the file that I need (ie OMJ rom or other)
Am I missing a step here?
I have ruled out the corrupted version thing because OMJ is not uploaded to PPC and I have tried another ROM (Dereck's ) and it sits at HTC Screen as well.
I feel like I am missing a small but crucial step here
