Ok im new here and new to this phone..

I just purchased an xv6700 and Im looking for the upgrade path that will suite me.

Here are my goals:

I would like newest firmware
I would like WM6 with tweaks and toys
i would like the standard matches to registry (like wifi and fone at same time etc.)
i would like to use active sync with direct push from my company
it must be activatable thru verizon

Am i asking too much?

I am a geek so no need to dumb it down, jut looking for experienced POV as far as upgrade path..

What order do i do things, what cooked roms do you suggest ..
