You should be able to update it over the leaked rom, although it's impossible to say right now since there's no official rom yet. Unless there's some incompatibility with Coke's 2.31 bootloader, it should work fine... and seeing how the leaked test rom worked with it, I can't imagine the official one wouldn't.
When it's released, I'll try it out on my Touch and let you know
