Here's the thing guys, as long as you can get to the Three Color screen by using power + Camera button + reset button you can just run an .exe ROM or using RUU_signed to flash.

So lets say if your stuck at the splash screen and just stays everytime you reset. Try do the power + Camera button + reset button and see if you could get the color screen.
