Are you sure that you are checking in the right place. Also, make sure show all files options is checked as these are dll files (system files) which means windows will hide them to protect them. the files are in \windows\OEM. names are mfcu80 and msvc80 i think. Use total commander or use active sync to explore the mobile and do the changes.
