Thank you so much for replying. I try everything to do, reflash, even with sprint rom from their website, hard reset. The phone still have same problem. I can not receive the call. While I call some one and talk with them, I can get a phone call from another friend.
I call technical support, she is very nice, spent couple hour to reactivate the phone and program, but nothing better. Finally, she recommend me to repair center.
The lady in repair center offer me a new ppc6700 or ppc6800 (depend on stock available), I just have to pay $55. I don't have to extend contract. I stick with them more than 5 years, I dont have insurance for the phone. This ppc6700 is more than 2 year old. So this is such a good offer for me. I take that.
