If you have something that is working flawlessly and left you very happy, there probably isn't much that another ROM can offer ... other than satisfying your curiosity.
In my own case, trying out other ROMs has exposed me to other applications and home plugins that I quite probably would not have been exposed unless I had tried a different ROM.
So, what makes you curious?
