What you are looking for is a IP bonding solution.

I wish I could just give you a step by step guide of what you need and how to do it but unfortunately the people who wrote the specifications on TCP/IP did not envision a parallel bandwith type of system.
The problem lies in the way data is transfered. You need firebrick to transmit packets through two ip's utilizing either a file block resume protocol like multiport downloaders or a queing system that fetches through two sources. I.E parsing a HTML and requesting half of the content through NIC A and the other half through NIC B.
As you can see it's not practical. However possible.
