More importantly, do I need to have something OTHER than CokeMan's 2.31 to flash the Sprint Leaked ROM and btw, which exact link did you use to get the Sprint leaked ROM?
Please explain...

Hi Deegimus. At the time of installation I had reverted back to a OMJ's 6.1 Stock Sprint ROM without GPS, which required me to install CokeMan's older .40 SPL.
The leaked rom is at
http://ppckitchen.org/misc/V3.02.rar
My steps where as follows...
1. Install CokeMan's 2.31 SPL
2. Flash with RUU_Vogue_4350_PPST_SpeciallNBH_SPRINT_WWE_3.02.65 1.2_Radio_435011_3.37.15_AM_NV_SPCS_1.33_0823_Test .exe (included in V3.02.rar)
3. Flash OMJ's
OMJ.WM6.1.GPS.OEM.Sprint.NEW.exe
I did not install anything else.
Garmin Mobile XT, Google Maps and Microsoft Live all recognized the GPS without the need to "prime or kickstart" the GPS.
Satelite locks were all under a minute and tested in both San Jose, CA and Las Vegas, NV.
Call it luck, call it what you will, this is the best combination I've seen for my device.
