I have tried several different keyboards and I have found Resco Keyboard Pro to be the best setup for me. One of the main reasons I like it the most, is it installs as your default keyboard and you never have to do anything else even after a soft reset. It also features different skins and has a keyboard designed to be stylus free and good for one-handed use, while not taking up to much screen real estate. No, it's not free, but it has a trial period. Check it out...
