i see one problem..sorry i didn't look at your pic but you said you got it from Qwest...the link that you have is for Sprint
ok i just saw your image and i was correct...you are trying to use the oem Sprint rom on your oem Qwest mogul...you need to load the olipro 2.40 unlocker onto your phone then you should be able to install the rom that you were trying to install...i'm sure someone else will chime in shortly..these guys are pretty helpful here
