Tried this:
1. Installed VC.
2. Soft reset.
3. Tested to see if VC works. It does.
4. Copied exe over to SD.
5. Uninstalled VC.
6. Soft reset.
7. Copied exe to \Windows.
8. Soft reset.
9. Navigate to Start > Settings > Voice Command.
10. Select 'Enable.'
11. Click OK.
12. Receive error stating "Voice Command has encountered a problem. Restart Voice Command and try again."
Still it does not work. I tried soft reseting again and nothing. I guess my next order of business would be hard reset or reflash (can't remember if I have your latest).[/quote]
I was having the exact problem!! I don't know if this will work for you but what I did was put the exe on the storage card. Then I hard reset. The very first thing I did was put the exe in windows directory, then while I was still in the windows directory after it copied I tapped the exe icon and then VC worked. There may be a easier way then hard resetting but I'm just letting you know what worked for me. It was driving me nut's.
