Maybe you could try to delete cookies in Pocket IE for the Google as I assume you are searching from the browser. But for Live Search bar on Today Screen, there are really no settings that would affect it other than logging in. The Windows Live is part of the WM6 ROM and you can't really uninstall/reinstall unless you flash the ROM again. Although, when I do do the search it does open up IE and goes to mobile.live.com. So maybe it would work for that as well. Try it and see.
