Why use another app like RlToday for a 'home' clock in Ultimate Launch when all you need is a clock plug-in like Today Clock or Retro Clock? you can set those today items then set 'gestures' in UL (i use 'up' to open clock/alarm settings, 'down' to open calendar) and a today plug-in for messaging icons. Gives a nice clean home screen.

I also keep a small weather app called 'weather to go' (free) on my main today screen and it stays open at bottom of screen through all tabs of UL, and i made 4 custom sized photo dialers of my 4 most used phone contacts on 'home' screen.
