It might start working again - just let it dry out for a day or two.

My brother dropped his Mogul in the toilet at my friend's gross apartment. He quickly snatched it out and let it dry for a couple days. He didn't want a replacement because he is down to his final insurance claim.

Two days later he turns it on and it works. A couple of buttons didn't work, but he remapped them. Oh, and also, there was toilet water under the screen for a few weeks. Disgusting pee-tainted toilet water was visible under the screen and it still worked and he still used it.
