On the tri-color screen, what numbers do you see? It sounds like you might have used the wrong unlocker and you might have the 1.20 bootloader. You need the Olipro 2.40 to flash 3.xx ROMs. If you DO see 1.20 on the tri-color screen, you must flash a 2.xx OEM ROM, then install the Olipro 2.40 hard-SPL bootloader, then you can reflash the 3.35 OEM ROM and follow that with a custom ROM if you want to. You can flash an OEM ROM package from the bootloader (tri-color) screen, just ignore the wording about Activesync.

edit: to get into the bootloader (tri-color screen), hold down the Power and Camera buttons while pressing the stylus in to the reset hole until you see the tri-color screen.
