Just cause he bought i off ebay doesnt make it the problem, it's the person who bought it (usually, not always or saying it's him himeself) that are usually the problem and don't read, like when people by a $300 phone for $5 and think they're getting a deal when it's a dummy phone and says it right on it. I have bought many phones on ebay, including my 6700, and have not had one problem, but I always look and se there feedback, read everything on the page, ask questions if I'm not sure of something, etc.
