That's probably safe thing to do but it's not like this website is hidden from Sprint's view. My guess is that Sprint probably knows already... but judging from their recent "keep as many customers as possible" strategy it might hopefully be a permanent thing. But that is just me speculating.
(these forums alone are probably Sprint's BEST Mogul/Touch advertisement. I know I got my Mogul almost totally based on what I saw in this forum..)
