Question Newbie Questions...

So I just upgraded to the PPc-6800 from the Palm Treo 755 and have a couple questions.

First off, with the sync software that my Treo came with, when a hard reset was performed, all you had to do is sync the phone again and everything would be exactly like it was before the hard reset. I mean everything. Call log, software, settings, preferences, internet history and cookies, text messages, contacts, etc. Everything on the phone was exactly the same as it was before. Even if you got a new phone, you could just sync the new phone and Palm's software would make the new phone exactly like the old one. Is there anyway we can do that with the 6800? I ask because I just upgraded my ROM and had to go back and re-install all of my software and games even though I used activesync before the upgrade. I don't want to do that again.

Secondly, this has probably been addressed thousands of times before but searching and reading through 10+ page threads really sucks so maybe I can get one concise answer here... Can I send picture mail with this phone?

Thirdly, is there anyway to turn off the blinking led? My treo only blinked when I had a notification of a misse call, SMS, or email and now everytime I see this phone blink it makes me think that I have a notification. The ideal would be to make it only blink when I actually have a notification.

Sorry for the long post, but this phone is confusing as sh** and converting over from Palm OS is only making it worse. Thanks for any help.
