In my mobile device folder the closest thing I have to that is in program files there is a file called "windows media player". Am I missing something? That is the only thing remotely close to anything that says windows.
You are running Microsoft ActiveSync on your PC computer right? If so, plug your PPC6700 (I assume this is what you have) into your computer. ActiveSync should open. On the front panel there is 'Sync', 'Schedule', and 'Explore'. Click 'Explore'.

This should open up a window titled "Mobile Device". Inside this window there should be several folders like "Business", "My Music", "My Pictures" and several others. There should also be a little icon that looks like a pda that is called "My Windows Mobile-Based Device". Double click on "My Windows Mobile-Based Device" to open it.

Now drag and drop the the .tsk file into the folder named "Windows".

Once you've done that, go to your PPC6700, go to Start/Settings/Today and select your theme.
