IOTA (Internet Over-The-Air): The handset attempts to connect to Sprint's HCM (Handset Configuration Manager), for the purposes of provisioning the handset with the requested NAI (Vision, Readylink, Phone-as-modem).

I think NAI stands for Network Access Identifier.

Basically, it's a manual way to provision the phone for Vision.

Feel free to hit it...it'll just refresh your settings. It won't self-destruct

It's good if your ever having #777 modem errors or problems connecting to Vision.
