Then I re-sync'd the device and it did nothing. I have to be doing something wrong. I feel like I'm close. Any help for a retard?
Open ActiveSync and click Explore.
Double click My Windows Mobile-Based Device.
Drag and drop the two .tsk files into the Windows folder, not the My Documents folder as stated above.
Now go to your device and click Start/Settings/Today.
Under the appearance tab you should see the 2 themes.
