Unfortunately, no where(that I can find at least) does it say where to place these files. My best guess was to extract PPCGeeks_OEM and 000_Shareware into USER_OEM(which seems to work alright) and I placed Apache_Helmi_WM6.1 into the Kitchen folder. Everything seems fine when running the program and making my selections, however, when I go to build, after the donations window it gives me the error "ROM folder does not exists. ROM\XIP\". Of which, the only information on the error would suggest that I am using a selection.txt from an older buildOS, which I am not. And as always, much appreciation for any help rendered.

Nope. The easiest method is to delete everything you've done, put the selections.txts in the projects folder, and put everything else (.rars and readme.txts) in the kitchens folder. No need to extract anything (without further modifications, it won't work if you do extract).
