I was actually just going to say, you'd have better luck looking at a more general PPC software section of a forum than the Titan section, since this is not actually specific to your model phone.

Except for the LED's thing. That's usually hardware specific, so you're less likely to find a WM app that will control LED's since every device has a slightly different way of accessing that hardware.
In this case, no2chem has actually written a very interesting application that replaces the driver between the phone and the LEDs so that you can actually control their behavior.
I'm not sure yet if you can assign event to turn them on from another application, but I imagine that this is possible, if even with a mortscript or something running in the background to handle controls.

Basically, its possible, but you have to REALLY want it to spend the time and make this happen.
