I think that is because you need .netcf2 for live search. There is a cab to it on the board or you can add the oem to the kitchen.
Edit: just saw your edit and the other post, you'll probably get better help in that thread because of the subject.

I've never had that problem if it is not a stock kitchen it could be an oem that was added, or another program after install.
Oh, this is still me I just screwed up my normal account for a bit so I created this one for the phone in the meantime.
