you need to change the EPST settings back to what they were set for quest, or yeah flash a quest ROM and let customizations run to correct the ePST. although i must note that downgrading from GPS ROM (not sure if that's what you flashed or not) to non-GPS is highly not recommended and could possibly brick your phone.
Yes, I flashed dcd's 3.0.1 and things work much better. Don't I need the unlock code to work to change the EPST settings? I would much rather re-configure the phone than start with all the flashings again if I can, especially as I have not been able to find a Radio yet.
