I actually am, I opened GPSViewer, then cold start, or even regular start. Then I wait awhile... Google Maps times out and says cannot find satellites, so I switch back to GPSViewer and there are a few satellites "North", but red and not locked. I've used the program before for my external GPS and that works just fine... using internal though, no locks. And yes, I can see all directions, in an open area outside. Does the same no matter what radio I try, 3.35 or 3.37.
