As you know I was having the very same problem. I now have it working within 5 sec regardless of the radio, indoors and out. I realize AstroGPSLauncher is only a primer but it is what is making everything work. It in combination with SK Tools Shotcut Manger will easily allow you to create one shortcut for any of your GPS apps, iGO in my case. All you do then is launch from that shortcut. There is no delay and doesn't have any footprint but works..... Check out the other thread and try the links.... Ionly need this now for iGO and thats only becuase very few apps use the new WM6 way of priming the gps. The new versions will work without it. iGO 2008 is suppossed to be one of those upgrades.
