[Mazorca Jones]

I'm having a problem and wondering if it has happened to anyone else. Within the last few weeks my 6-month old Mogul has an issue where the bottom row of keys on the slide-out keyboard doesn't respond like it used to. To get the keys to work I have to press them extra hard for it to register. I know this can't be good since eventually this technique will probably stop working and I'll just have a row of dead keys. Has this happened to anyone else? Any other piece of hardware and I would have taken it apart and cleaned the contacts but I'm not brave enough to take apart my Mogul. Advice?
