62mA at idle with backlight on (set to 3rd from left). fairly constant.
what's interesting is that I've been downloading a file and its average over 20 minutes is around 405mA.. a few times it peaked near 500...
during that time I moved to one spot in my house where I only have 1xRtt coverage... the phone chnged to 1x and kept downloading..
however! the use went down to 350 average over 3 minute period (and it looks like roughly 315mA or so for 1x).
speaking of which, I'm not sure if anyone knows this but if you are downloading a file and it happens to turn to 1x and you want to recover EV speeds (this is done in PIE of course) just make a phone call, hang up, and wait until 1x changes back to EV. PIE will ask if you want to continue downloading the file and of course, once it changes back to EV it will download/connect at EV speeds.
