PdaNet BT DUN with GPS not working

With the Alltel ROM I can't seem to get PdaNet to work over BT. With the stock ROM I would connect to Activesync over BT, then connect to PdaNet when it recognized my device. With the Alltel ROM, I get the following error when I try to check the 'Enable Bluetooth DUN' box:

Unable to assign COM Port, please make sure COM7 or COM4 is available on your device. Bluetooth DUN will remain off. (err=2404)

Obviously, the GPS is using COM4. I have no idea what's using COM7. But I can't use BT DUN. Any ideas of a way to make this work?

Edit-I just tried it over USB as well, and it didn't work with that either. PdaNet is running on by my Touch and PC, but neither can see each other.

Edit 2-Works over USB now after rebooting PC, but I'm getting the same error over BT.
