Sounds like you're lucky. I just called in my claim with asuron for my verizon 6700. When I asked her if I was receiving a refurb or a brand new phone, she told me that she didn't know, but that they have
both refurb and new 6700s in stock. I was kinda hoping they would send me a defunct refurb so I could jump through some hoops and maybe get a free upgrade, but if they have new ones in stock, it makes me think they'd just send me a new 6700.
