I don't have vista... I wish i did so i could help you more all i can tell you is how i get to the setting using xp.. If you have older machine you can use then that would be your best be untill someone with vista comes up with a solution for a bricked touch...

I go to icon in the system trey and right click it then a little menu pops up and at the bottom it says "connection settings" then from there you will have the options i mentioned earlier but like i said that's on xp...

If you do manage to find the setting or another machine.
After you do the mtty and everything run the unlocker. That seemed to really help so now it don't go back to the rainbow screen or freeze on a grey screen....
