RING or VIBRATE ???

I've tried a search, but couldn't find a answer.

Before I updated my Bell Mobility Touch with their latest maintenance update, I use to be able to switch between Ring or Vibrate mode by holding the "end" button for a few seconds.

Now since the update, it doesn't work anymore... Does anyone know how to enable this or someway to "reset" the function???
