Well there is one way to do it.... you will need a soundcard that has "wave out" or "stereo out" or "what you hear" or something similar as a recording device. (lots of computers have them - it basically takes whatever sound your computer is outputing and treats that as a input like a microphone.)

Now, install skype or some other VoIP app on your computer, and establish a phone call between the touch and the computer. Set the computer to record the "wave out" and make sure the volume in the VoIP app is at a decent level.

Then, just plug your headset into the touch, and start talking. See, easy.
