Have you tried a hard reset? If this does not work try to reflash the ROM. Something must have happened in the install. You might dl the file again to be sure.
i just figured out how to reflash something without the phone actually booting up right. im trying it again right now. im actually fearing i might ruin my phone now though. ive never had this happen after any flash :-\
