one of the first things I do after setting up a new rom is turn off beams and changing my backlight/brightness. I have my brightness set to 3rd from the left (fairly low) and BT and wifi is always off, of course. right now I'm averaging 190mA and it seems every 30 seconds or so it jumps to 300mA or above. the lowest its dipped is 95mA. only 2 programs I'm running is Agile messenger and pie. I've never had a problem running Agile in the background bfore (as a matter of fact I have it on all the time and that was counted in my 9-5 battery life prior with aku 2 and aku 1). I'm even checking in TaskMgr and it doesn't show any msn programs or processes running, or activesync for that matter. this problem really has gotten somewhat disturbing as I'm worried if I buy a 3200 will it only last 1 day? btw my evdo/1xrtt signal is not changing often so I don't think that's the problem - its mainly EV with 3 bars about 90% of the time where I am. only time it changes is in the bathroom

btw average over the last 12 minutes (in writing this) is 198mA.. I barely use touch screen either (and haven't in the 12 minutes I'm writing this) so I don't think that is factoring into my problem.
and since my power levels are so high I can't claim its a crappy battery. but I do thank any and everyone for their added input
