Thumbs down Misbehaving Vogue

Hi there, a little while ago I got a replacement phone with my carrier (Telus), old phone had crappy reception and had dust particles in the screen.

I flashed my vogue with imcokeman's custom bootloader --
during the process, I had a file named VOGUIMG.NBH on my memory card prior to doing this, and after the tool was done, my phone booted a 6.1 rom (VOGUIMG.NBH was probably Ghettofreeryder's 6.1 rom). I've since noticed that the custom bootloader isn't loaded at all, and secondly that my phone seems to freeze when I connect it via activesync, and doesn't act normally till I softreset it. I just did a hard reset and a battery pull as well, still no affect.

With the USB cable attached, the computer polls for an IP address, activesync connects, immediately disconnects, and the phone starts acting oddly.

Thoughts?
